How do I track my artisan order? expand_more

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Because many pieces are made to order, tracking activates as soon as your item leaves the studio.

Can I modify my order after placing it? expand_more

We can usually adjust orders within 12 hours of purchase. Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best before the maker begins work.

Artisan Care

How should I clean my handcrafted ceramic pieces? expand_more

Hand-wash with warm water and mild soap. While many pieces are dishwasher-safe, hand-washing best preserves the natural glaze over time.

Are the textiles pre-shrunk? expand_more

Yes. All our linens are stone-washed and pre-shrunk, so you can wash them cold and lay flat to dry without surprises.

Shipping & Returns

Honest timelines and simple processes for a conscious shopping experience.

Crafting Lead Time

3–5 business days for in-stock items. Up to 14 days for custom artisan works.

Shipping Costs

Flat rate $12 globally. Complimentary carbon-neutral shipping on orders over $150.

30-Day Returns

If a piece doesn't resonate, return it within 30 days in original condition for store credit.
